Meet Jadiva Urbina, Accounting/Billing Clerk at Raj Hauling, Inc, a dynamic professional who always has a smile on her face and a positive attitude. Jadiva, (pronounced Ha-Diva), has been with Raj Transport Inc. for 3 years. She is fluent in both English and Spanish and is an invaluable member here at Raj Hauling, Inc.
Jadiva was born and raised in Miami, Florida, and relocated to Lexington, Kentucky about six years ago to be closer to her family. When Jadiva isn’t working, she enjoys playing volleyball, hiking with her family, and shopping…of course. She is a self-proclaimed Disney World fanatic and will seize every opportunity to travel back to Florida to visit “The Most Magical Place on
Earth.”
In every aspect of her life, Jadiva embodies a spirit of enthusiasm, dedication and adventure. She leaves a positive mark wherever she goes, inspiring those around her wherever she goes!
Kristi Miracle
Director of Billing at Raj Hauling, Inc.
Meet Kristi Miracle, Director of Billing at Raj Hauling, Inc., who has a fierce passion for both her career and giving back to her community. Kristi has been with Raj Hauling for five years, and in her role she oversees the financial aspects of the company, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction. Her dedication and hard work have earned her the respect of colleagues and clients alike. Born in Lexington, KY, and raised in Winchester, KY, Kristi’s roots in the Bluegrass state run deep. After spending years in Nashville, TN, and obtaining her Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Kristi eventually returned to her beloved Kentucky, laying a solid foundation for
her career in the hauling/trucking industry.
Outside of the office, Kristi enjoys participating in 3K’s and 5K’s throughout the state, while raising funds for local charities. Kristi enjoys listening to vinyl albums on her cherished record player gifted by her father. She is also a proud advocate of ”Kentucky Proud” and enjoys cheering for UK’s basketball team. Despite her own gymnastics career being cut short by injuries, Kristi now passionately cheers on the gymnasts during the summer Olympics.
A motto that resonates with Kristi is, “Live Simply, Love Generously and Laugh Often.” It captures her approach to life, emphasizing the importance of kindness, compassion, and joy!

Meet Susan Myers, the Safety & Human Resource Director and Recruiter serving all 3 companies: Raj Hauling, Inc, Raj Hauling Inc., and Raj Fleet Services. Susan has a genuine passion for all things transport and for the last 3 years, she has been a motivating factor in our
growing success at Raj!
Susan’s journey in the transportation industry is nothing short of extraordinary. She is a seasoned commercial motor vehicle driver, boasting an impressive 28 years of experience behind the wheel. Her commitment to safety and quality assurance has earned her three 1-million safe driving awards from OOIDA (Owner-Operated Independent Drivers Association). In 2015,
Susan earned her degree in Supply Chain Management from Eastern Kentucky University, laying a solid foundation for her professional endeavors. Her pursuit of knowledge and excellence is reflected in the numerous certifications she holds in Human Resources. In addition to her achievements, Susan obtained 17 CDL instructor licenses across 17 states. Susan continues to
brings a wealth of expertise and passion to her multifaceted role.
When Susan is not busy working for all three companies and assisting our many drivers, she finds solace and joy in her hobbies, particularly taking her boat to the lake and spending quality time with her family. Whether she’s enjoying the tranquility of the water or cherishing moments with her daughter, son, and grandchildren, Susan treasures the moments creating lasting
memories!

Meet Mike Moore, the Logistics Manager, bringing over four years of valuable experience to Raj Hauling, Inc. Hailing from Detroit, Michigan, Mike’s journey in the field of logistics began after earning his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Kentucky State University.
Driven by his passion for problem-solving and optimizing processes, Mike found his niche in the logistics industry where he could apply his analytical skills to streamline operations efficiently. Mike takes a proactive approach to challenges and continues to make invaluable contributions to the success of Raj Hauling, Inc .
Beyond his professional endeavors, Mike finds true fulfillment in spending quality time with his
family. His loved ones remain the cornerstone of his life.
